Glass is the first thing anyone notices and the last thing most people get to. We clean windows inside and out — panes, frames, tracks, sills and screens — on everything from a single-storey bungalow to a hillside house with two-storey glass walls, and on storefronts and offices where the glass is the frontage. Coastal air, sprinkler overspray and construction dust all leave deposits that a squeegee alone will not lift, so hard-water spotting is treated rather than smeared around.

Walk & Count
We walk the property, count the panes, and flag any glass that is scratched or already damaged before we touch it.
Flat Quote
You get a written price for the whole job — interior, exterior, screens and tracks all itemised, no per-pane surprises.
Clean & Detail
Glass is washed and squeegeed, then frames, tracks and sills are wiped out so the clean edge holds.
Walk It With You
We go round the property with you in daylight and re-do anything you are not happy with before we leave.
