Pressure Washing
Driveways, decks, patios, roofs and siding
Most exterior surfaces do not need replacing, they need cleaning. Years of algae, oil, salt air and traffic film build up until a concrete driveway reads as grey and a hardwood deck reads as dead. We match the pressure and the method to the surface — a soft wash for roof tile, stucco and painted siding, high pressure for concrete and masonry — because the fastest way to ruin a deck or drive water into a wall is to hit it with more pressure than it can take.
Our Process
Test a Patch
We clean a small area first at the pressure we intend to use, so you see the result and the surface proves it can take it.
Protect the Site
Planting, lighting, outlets and anything that should not get wet is covered or moved before a trigger is pulled.
Wash in Sections
The surface is worked in overlapping passes so there are no stripes, tiger stripes or missed edges left behind.
Rinse & Inspect
Everything is rinsed down, run-off is directed away from planting, and we walk the finished surface with you.
