Our Story
Over the Top Window Cleaning was founded by Edgar Castellanos around a simple idea: do the whole job, not the part that shows from the street. Glass, frames, tracks and screens. Panels and the rails they sit on. Gutters cleared and then proved to flow. The name is the standard, not a slogan.
We work out of Sanford Avenue in Wilmington, and from there we cover a wide stretch of Southern California — San Pedro and Carson close to home, the Palos Verdes Peninsula, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach and Torrance across the South Bay, Los Angeles, Pacific Palisades and Malibu on the coast, Pasadena and Santa Clarita inland, and planned trips out to Santa Barbara, Montecito and Bakersfield.
We work for homeowners and for businesses, and the two want different things. A house wants the job done thoroughly and the property left the way it was found. A storefront or an office wants the glass done before the doors open and nobody tripping over a hose. That is why we run 24/7 — early mornings and evenings are often the right time to do this work, not an inconvenience.
